Maplecrest Retreat

We’re overjoyed to extend an invitation to our first-ever Maplecrest Community Retreat in the Red Rock Bible Camp, from April 12th through 14th. This retreat is an open invitation to all our new and existing members who consider Maplecrest their home.

Begin your retreat experience with a welcoming snack on Friday night and conclude with a fulfilling lunch on Sunday. This gathering is not just an event; it’s a chance for us to weave tighter bonds of family and faith.

Retreat Highlights:

• Venue: Red Rock Bible Camp, an idyllic setting that promises peace, beauty, and a break from the routine.
• Timing: From the evening of April 12th (Friday) to lunchtime on April 14th (Sunday).
• Saturday survival workshop and we will have a sauna/hot tub! 
• We will have teaching/worship Saturday morning, Saturday Evening, and Sunday Morning.
• Investment: Only $50 per person, with the delightful advantage that children can attend absolutely free!

Frequently Asked Questions: 

• The camp is about 1.5 hours away from the East Perimeter.
• We will have some flexibility with room assignment so if you need your own space let us know!.
• Bathrooms are all indoors and no outside walking required to get to them.

WHAT TO BRING

Here is a list of some suggested items to bring along with you during your stay with us.

-Bible, Notepad and Pen/Pencil

-Earplugs to help with sleeping

-Eye mask to help with sleeping

-Swimsuit for hot tub and sauna

-Winter jacket/boots/snowpants

-Underwear and socks

-Indoor clothes (t-shirt, hoodie, jeans, sweats, slippers (or indoor shoes) etc)

-Mits and or Gloves

-Warm socks (multiple)

-Toque and or scarf

-Money for Tuck Shop

-Toiletries (deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap)

-Towel

-Sleeping bag or a blanket and sheet

-Pillow

-PJ’s

Please do not bring- Gum, cigarettes, matches, lighters, sunflower seeds, alcohol.
