5-to-1 Culture: We strive to be encouragers and encourage each other much more than we critique (aiming for 5 times more), but when there are times that critiques are necessary, we strive to do those in a redemptive way, critiquing the situation or behaviour, not condemning the person and leading everyone to Christ.
Circles: We ask our small group leaders to facilitate with circle questions so every voice can be heard.
Face Your Shadow: We embrace emotional honesty and bring our struggles into God’s light.
Everyone Gets to Play: Every believer is gifted to bring hope and restoration.
